OCDSA Executive Board Elections

OCDSA Members,

The ballots were mailed this week. Please vote and return your ballot in the prepaid return envelope. Please seal the envelope and sign the back and include your badge number. The envelope must be signed, your name must be legible so we can read it, and you must include your badge number to have your ballot counted. The ballots must be in the P.O. Box by 5pm on December 15 2020. This is the ONLY time the teller committee will be collecting them from the PO Box. The ballots will be taken directly to the union hall. The counting process will start at 6pm, and is open to any member to attend.

If you do not receive a ballot please reach out to one of the teller committee members.

Again, if your name and badge number is not clearly written on the envelope, your ballot will not be counted.
